Benefits of Doing Sports

 Sports are always the most important activity of our lives, but people don’t want to do because they are very lazy. It’s very important to our body. I’m going to tell you about the benefits of sports. I’ll talk about it in three steps. Physical benefits, mental benefits and finally social benefits.

The most important benefits of physical benefit, physical sports strengthen your body and if you play sports often, you have a better blood circulation. In other words, you can stay young. In addition, if they want to stay fit, they should exercise, even you can get taller. If you don’t like sports, what should I do ? Of course, not everyone has t
o like but even walking is an exercise.

Another benefit is mental benefit. This is the most important because we must constantly our brain. How can we do? You must stay away from bad habits. These are watching too much, not reading books. Moreover, you can solve brain boxes and puzzles. Actually, I think yoga is the best mental sport because it makes a healthy mind. What happens if your mind is healthy? You’ll be self-disciplined and good behavior. I think everybody should do yoga once a week if you want to relax your mind.

The final benefit is the social benefit. Sociability is always the most important in life because nobody wants to be alone. There’s a saying I like "My biggest fear is being lonely. -J. J Rousseau". So, you should join sport clubs because the spirit of sport clubs is very impressive. In this way, you can meet new people. In addition, please socialize and never be shy! 

In conclusion, there are several benefits of doing sports. In my opinion, all of these benefits are very special. Let sports be your habit and you’ll never get bored.
